Senior Process Executive (SPE) Policy Servicing
Location: Chennai, (Work from Office)
Shift: Night Shift

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Process Executive to support endtoend policy servicing for global insurance customers, ensuring accuracy, quality, and SLA adherence.
Key Responsibilities

• Process policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements
• Review service requests and source documents for accuracy and compliance
• Update policy data in core systems; maintain trackers using MS Excel/Word
• Meet SLAs/TATs and support queue management during night shifts
• Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with controls and regulations
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handovers and query resolution

Eligibility

• 26 years of experience in insurance or backoffice operations
• Strong English communication and MS Office skills
• P&C insurance exposure preferred
• Willingness to work from office in night shifts

Subject Matter Expert (SME) Policy Servicing
Location: Chennai, Noida (Work from Office)
Shift: Night Shift
Domain: Property & Casualty Insurance
Role Overview
The SME will manage complex policy servicing activities, act as a process expert, and drive quality and efficiency across operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee complex policy servicing within SLAs
• Handle endorsements, amendments, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements
• Perform quality reviews and identify error trends and process gaps
• Create and maintain SOPs, templates, trackers, and reference documents
• Support teams and stakeholders with policyrelated queries and resolutions
• Ensure strict adherence to data privacy, information security, and compliance

Eligibility

• 48 years of experience in insurance servicing/operations
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and English communication
• P&C insurance experience preferred
• Ready for nightshift, officebased work
