About the role

We are seeking a Spesialis Ads to join our team at our Surabaya, East Java office on a contract basis. This is a pivotal role within our Digital & Search Marketing division, where you will be responsible for managing, optimising and executing advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. As a specialist in this area, you will play a crucial role in driving our clients' marketing objectives and ensuring the highest return on advertising spend. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse campaigns and contribute directly to the success of our marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage and monitor advertising campaigns across digital platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads and other relevant channels
• Conduct keyword research and implement search engine marketing strategies to maximise visibility and engagement
• Analyse campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports on ad spend, impressions, clicks and conversions
• Optimise ad copy, targeting parameters and bidding strategies to improve campaign efficiency and reduce cost-per-acquisition
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure compliance with client requirements and company policies
• Stay up-to-date with digital advertising platform updates and industry best practices
• Provide recommendations for campaign improvements based on data analysis and performance trends
• Liaise with clients to understand their marketing objectives and report on campaign outcomes

What we're looking for

• Proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads
• Strong knowledge of search engine marketing (SEM) and pay-per-click (PPC) strategies
• Proficiency with advertising analytics tools and data interpretation capabilities
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing metrics, KPIs and conversion tracking
• Demonstrated ability to optimise campaigns for performance and cost-efficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Experience in creating and managing advertising budgets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work to tight deadlines
• Relevant certification in digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint or equivalent) is preferred
• Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing methodologies is an advantage
