Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior SPFx & Powerstack Developer with strong hands-on experience in SPFx, SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph, and Azure DevOps.

The role will be responsible for L3 development, application management, production support, troubleshooting, ALM, integrations, controlled enhancements, and secure operation of enterprise Digital Workplace applications.

The candidate will work in a large enterprise/managed-services environment and should be comfortable handling complex production incidents, RCA, change management, releases, and technical stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, review, and support SPFx web parts, extensions, and Teams-integrated solutions.
• Develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Dataverse solutions, forms, approvals, Adaptive Cards, and reusable components.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Graph, Dataverse, connectors, Azure services, APIs, and identity integrations.
• Manage source control, solution packaging, CI/CD pipelines, environment promotion, and rollback across DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD.
• Perform L3 incident resolution, problem management, RCA, and permanent corrective actions.
• Execute approved changes, releases, upgrades, and minor enhancements following ITIL and formal change-control processes.
• Apply security, accessibility, performance, least-privilege, DLP, and secure-coding standards.
• Prepare impact assessments, estimates, test evidence, implementation plans, and release documentation.
• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, knowledge articles, configuration records, and audit evidence.
• Support regulated/GxP solutions with appropriate validation, traceability, segregation of duties, and audit controls.
• Mentor L1/L2 teams, conduct knowledge-transfer sessions, and support shift-left initiatives.
• Coordinate with architecture, cybersecurity, quality, application teams, service desk, and third-party vendors.
• Perform proactive health checks, performance reviews, vulnerability remediation, and service improvement activities.

Mandatory Skills:

• 8+ years of IT experience with strong L3 application support/engineering experience.
• Advanced SPFx development.
• Strong TypeScript, JavaScript, React, HTML5, and CSS.
• Strong SharePoint Online experience.
• Hands-on Power Apps Canvas and Model-driven Apps.
• Strong Power Automate Cloud Flows experience.
• Strong Microsoft Dataverse experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams integration.
• Strong Microsoft Graph API / REST API experience.
• Hands-on Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and ALM.
• Experience with Power Platform solution packaging, environment variables, and connection references.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, app registrations, OAuth, API permissions, certificates, and identity integration.
• Strong production support experience involving L3 incidents, problem management, RCA, and corrective actions.
• Strong ITIL knowledge covering Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Configuration Management.
• Experience with performance tuning, accessibility, secure coding, least privilege, and DLP.
• Experience promoting solutions across DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD with rollback procedures.
• Strong technical documentation skills, including RCA, SOPs, runbooks, implementation plans, and release documentation.
• Strong customer-facing communication, stakeholder management, technical leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Experience working in an enterprise managed-services environment.
