Key responsibilities
- Promote products, services, or brand actively to event visitors to increase brand awareness and achieve sales targets
- Explain product features, advantages, pricing, and current promotions to prospective customers clearly, friendly, and informatively
- Welcome visitors enthusiastically, build good communication, and serve customer questions or complaints in the event area professionally
- Distribute product samples, brochures, or souvenirs to visitors according to the event concept
- Record the number of interested visitors, note daily sales transactions if any, and create event activity reports to supervisors or Team Leader
- Maintain neat and professional appearance according to company grooming standards and keep the booth area tidy during the event
