Job Title: Spice Production Assistant

Location: Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Summary

The Spice Production Assistant supports the daily production, packaging, and preparation of BLEND's range of herbs, spices, and seasoning products. The role involves weighing, mixing, filling, sealing, labeling, and packing products while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare herbs, spices, and seasoning products according to company procedures.
• Weigh ingredients accurately and follow production instructions.
• Fill, seal, label, and pack products for sale and distribution.
• Operate basic packaging and sealing equipment safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production and storage areas.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and storing raw materials and packaging materials.
• Conduct visual quality checks on products and packaging.
• Help with stock counting and inventory organization.
• Prepare customer orders for dispatch and delivery.
• Follow food safety, health, and safety procedures at all times.
• Report equipment issues, shortages, or quality concerns to the supervisor.
• Support other production and warehouse activities as required.
• Maintain the working area clean and tidy.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food production, packaging, warehouse, or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Ability to perform manual handling and stand for extended periods.
• Basic numeracy skills for weighing and counting products.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 20 kg when required.

Reporting Line

Reports directly to the Production Supervisor or Company Owner.

As per company schedule and UAE Labour Law requirements.

Employment Type

Full-time.

Salary & Benefits

As per company policy and employment contract.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,700.00 per month
