Pay: $25 to $40per hour (Depending on Experience)

Tal’s Mulching & Land Management is seeking a dependable, experienced Spider Lift Operator. We are looking for someone who is hardworking, safety-conscious, and takes pride in delivering quality work.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate spider lifts for tree trimming and removal.
• Work efficiently alongside ground crews.
• Perform daily equipment inspections.
• Maintain a safe and organized job site.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
• Assist with other tree service duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Spider lift operating experience preferred.
• Tree trimming and removal experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license REQUIRED.
• CDL is a plus.
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Strong work ethic and teamwork skills.
