SPIFF Implementation Specialist – Salesforce

About the Role We are looking for an experienced implementation specialist to lead the configuration and rollout of SPIFF, our sales incentive and commission management platform, integrated with Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SPIFF implementation, including requirements gathering, configuration, and go-live support
• Build and manage the Salesforce integration to sync opportunity, account, and user data into SPIFF for accurate commission calculations
• Design commission plans, accelerators, and SPIFF rules in collaboration with Sales, RevOps, and Finance stakeholders
• Configure automated payout workflows and approval chains within SPIFF
• Conduct UAT with sales reps and managers, resolving data or calculation discrepancies
• Create admin and end-user documentation and deliver training sessions
• Partner with IT/Security to ensure the integration meets data governance and access control requirements

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with SPIFF
• Strong Salesforce knowledge (Sales Cloud, data model, Flows or APIs)
• Familiarity with sales compensation structures — quotas, accelerators, splits
• Ability to translate business rules into platform configuration
• Strong communication skills
