Are you an energetic and inspiring fitness professional who loves helping people achieve their goals? Love Fitness Henley on Thames is looking for passionate Indoor Cycle/Spinning Instructors to help grow our group fitness timetable within our premium 24-hour fitness club.

We are seeking enthusiastic instructors who can create engaging, motivating, and enjoyable fitness experiences for our members.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering safe, effective, and engaging group fitness classes.
• Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages member participation and retention.
• Motivating and supporting members of all fitness levels to achieve their goals.
• Contributing to the successful launch and ongoing development of our group fitness timetable.
• Maintaining high standards of professionalism, customer service, and member care.
• Representing the Love Fitness brand and helping create an outstanding member experience.
• Working closely with the club team to build a positive fitness community.

What We're Looking For

We're searching for fitness professionals who are passionate about helping others and confident in leading group exercise sessions.

You will have:

• An indoor cycle/spinning instructor qualification.
• Experience delivering group fitness classes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, energetic, and motivating approach.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• The ability to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.
