· The ability to follow procedures and work safely

· Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn

· Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and handle yarn packages

· A positive attitude and strong work ethic

· The ability to work effectively as part of a team

Experience within the textile, fibre processing or manufacturing industries would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
