Spinning master

Responsibilities:

• Supervise spinning and winding operations.
• Manage operators and daily production activities.
• Ensure production targets and yarn quality.
• Monitor machine performance and reduce downtime/wastage.
• Maintain shift and production records.
• Coordinate with maintenance for machine issues.
• Ensure workplace safety and housekeeping.

Requirements:

• Experience in spinning/winding preferred.
• ITI/Diploma in Textile or relevant qualification preferred.
• Good supervisory and communication skills.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
