What they need
- Overall responsibility for Scaffolding, Painting, Insulation & Refractory (SPIR) works at site.
- Plan, coordinate and ensure timely or ahead-of-schedule execution of all SPIR activities.
- Monitor daily progress and take immediate recovery actions to address work delays or lag.
- Coordinate with QatarEnergy, contractors, supervisors and other disciplines for smooth execution.
- Ensure continuous availability of work fronts, manpower, materials, equipment and resources.
- Monitor site activities to ensure safe, efficient and continuous workflow.
- Resolve site issues and coordinate with concerned parties to avoid work stoppages and delays.
- Maintain regular progress monitoring and reporting against the approved schedule.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, QatarEnergy requirements, HSE procedures and quality standards.
- Act as the first point of contact for all SPIR-related site matters and coordinate their timely resolution.
