What they need
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Conveyor Belting Splicer to join our team in Mauritius .
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate and splice conveyor belts and related components.
- Carry out hot and cold belt splicing as required.
- Measure, cut and prepare conveyor belting accurately.
- Work safely with hand tools, power tools and workshop equipment.
- Assist with all other workshop activities.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within required deadlines.
- Follow workplace health, safety and quality procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in conveyor belt fabrication and splicing essential.
- Ability to read basic measurements and technical drawings.
- A valid driver's licence and forklift licence would be an advantage.
