- Develop and manage Splunk ITSI Service Models, KPIs & Glass Tables
- Migrate monitoring capabilities from Splunk Enterprise to ITSI
- Design and implement dashboards, alerts and reports
- Troubleshoot Splunk ITSI and integration issues
- Optimize data ingestion, indexing and storage performance
- Recommend improvements aligned with Splunk best practices
- Work closely with enterprise stakeholders and technical teams
