SPONSORED TECHNICIAN INTERN:

Papé is always on the lookout for Technicians who want to be part of a great team and have a commitment to long-term growth. Therefore, we have partnered with several Diesel and Automotive Technician programs to provide our Papé Technician Sponsorship program. If you are planning to attend a diesel technology or automotive technician program, this is a fantastic program to jump start your Technician career! Between the education you receive at school and the in-depth, hands-on, factory training we provide, you can be sure that you will be fully prepared for your career as a technician.

Here are a few of the benefits and requirements

NEW INCOMING STUDENTS & CURRENT STUDENTS:

• Full out of pocket tuition expense reimbursement
  • 50% reimbursement during school / After graduation, remaining tuition reimbursement provided over the first 2-3 years of full-time employment, depending on when the sponsorship began.
  • Student commitment period is 2-3 years after graduation. (See Sponsorship Agreement for full details.)
  • Must maintain a 3.0 GPA to be eligible for tuition reimbursement.
• Premium heavy-duty set of tools and a tool box
• Students will be an official Papé member and compensated for work time during breaks or any other times they can work during school.
• After you complete your Technician school program you will begin working full-time at a Papé location and start your career as a Technician.

GRADUATING STUDENTS:

• Full out of pocket tuition expense reimbursement
  • Student commitment period and tuition reimbursement period is 4 years. Reimbursement will be provided in eight (8) installments following the 6-month, 12-month, 18-month, 24-month, 30-month, 36-month, 42-month, and 48-month anniversaries of full-time employment.
  • Students must be hired within 6-months of their graduation date to be eligible.
• Premium heavy-duty set of tools and a tool box
• Full-time position at a Papé location to start your career as a Technician

NOTES:

• Please see Papé Technician Sponsorship Agreement for full program details.
• Student must agree to disclose all sources of financial aid during their enrollment. Any financial aid received will not be included as part of the tuition expense reimbursements.
• Tools will be owned by Papé until the 24-month anniversary of full-time employment at which time ownership of the tools will be transferred to the student. Tools will not be provided if they are already included and supplied by the Diesel or Automotive program.
• Housing expense assistance is available if students are required to relocate for CWE or if Papé requires a student to relocate to attend a specific school.
