The OpportunityThis is a coordination-focused role supporting the delivery of sponsorships across a national events program.
Working closely with the Sponsorship Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring sponsor deliverables are executed smoothly — acting as the link between internal teams and external partners.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and is looking to build a career in events, sponsorship, or partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end sponsorship deliverables across events and campaigns
• Act as a key point of contact for sponsors, managing queries and communications
• Track and manage contracts, deliverables, and timelines
• Maintain accurate records in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Support reporting, invoicing, and general coordination tasks
• Work closely with internal teams across events, marketing, and finance

About You

• Experience in events, coordination, or client-facing support roles
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confident communicator with a professional and personable approach
• High attention to detail, particularly across deliverables and reporting
• Exposure to CRM systems (Dynamics highly regarded)
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
