Sponsorship Head

Position: Sponsorship Head – ARC (Ardee Racquet Club)

Location: Delhi NCR
Department: Business Development / Partnerships

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sponsorship strategies to generate revenue for ARC events, tournaments, and initiatives.
• Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential sponsors and brand partners.
• Create compelling sponsorship proposals, packages, and pitch decks tailored to prospective partners.
• Negotiate sponsorship terms, commercial agreements, and deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing sponsors and ensure successful execution of commitments.
• Collaborate with the Events, Marketing, Communications, and Operations teams to deliver sponsorship benefits.
• Research market trends and identify new partnership and revenue opportunities.
• Track sponsorship pipelines, conversions, revenue targets, and partnership performance.
• Represent ARC at relevant networking events, meetings, and industry forums.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, business development, or a related field.
• Strong networking, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to acquire and manage corporate/brand partnerships.
• Experience in sports, events, hospitality, lifestyle, or entertainment is preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and target-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per hour
