Sponsorship Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential sponsors aligned with the organization's audience and brand values
• Develop and pitch customized sponsorship packages and proposals
• Negotiate sponsorship agreements, pricing, and deliverables
• Manage relationships with existing sponsors to ensure satisfaction and renewal
• Coordinate delivery of sponsorship benefits (logo placement, signage, event activations, digital mentions, etc.)
• Track and report on sponsorship performance and ROI for partners
• Collaborate with marketing, events, and finance teams to fulfill sponsor commitments
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and manage sponsorship database/CRM
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships
• Prepare post-event/post-campaign sponsor reports and recap materials
