We are seeking an enthusiastic, empathetic, and active Sport & Inclusive Activity Apprentice to join our delivery team.
This role is designed for someone passionate about using sports, physical activity, and active mentoring to make a direct impact on the lives of young people. You will work across four core, high impact community and educational initiatives:

Assisting in the delivery of active, inclusive holiday clubs and nutritious meal provision for children and young people with SEND during school breaks.

As an apprentice, you will receive full practical training, dedicated workplace mentoring, and formal off the job study towards a nationally recognised Apprenticeship standard.

- Assist Lead Coaches and Tutors in delivering high quality, physical activity, sports, enrichment and life skills sessions across Alternative Provision, HAF, Short Breaks and School Sport settings.

- Observe and report on pupil progress, engagement, and any behavioural or safeguarding notes to senior staff using agreed logging systems.
3. Operational & Logistics Support
- Assist in setting up and taking down equipment, sensory resources, and activity materials across delivery venues.
- Help prepare and distribute healthy meals and refreshments during HAF sessions.
- Support staff in accompanying young people on external trips, community visits, or off site activities safely.
4. Professional Development & Apprenticeship Commitment
- Dedicate the required 20% working time to apprenticeship coursework, workshops, and off the job training modules.
- Attend regular 1:1 supervision and mentoring sessions with your line manager.
- Actively apply learning from your training provider directly into your daily delivery practice.
