What they need
Sports Facility Assistant
- At least Senior High School graduate or College level
- Passionate about sports, fitness, and working with people
- Preferably with experience in gym operations, sports programs, events, or customer service
- Background as a varsity athlete, sports camp assistant, youth coach, gym staff, fitness receptionist, or basketball trainer assistant is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, reliable, and willing to learn
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable using basic apps, digital tools, and scheduling systems
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when needed
