Sportsbook Manager

BettingJobs is partnering with an ambitious sportsbook operator to appoint a Sportsbook Manager, a hands-on commercial and operational role at the heart of the product. With a growing focus on Latin American markets, this is a chance to shape how a sportsbook trades, performs and grows.

You'll own the day-to-day performance of the sportsbook, working closely with the platform provider to get the offering, pricing and risk settings right. This role goes well beyond marketing. It suits someone who understands how a book really runs, from margins and limits to settlement and bonus exposure, and who enjoys turning data into sharper commercial decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the relationship with the sportsbook provider, driving improvements to the offering and resolving operational issues
• Review and optimise margins, limits and market availability
• Oversee bet acceptance and settlement, escalating and resolving issues quickly
• Monitor bonus exposure and suspicious betting patterns, working with risk teams to protect the book
• Use player segmentation to tailor limits, offers and the overall sportsbook experience
• Track, report on and improve sportsbook KPIs

Requirements:

• Proven sportsbook operations experience with a strong grasp of trading, risk and settlement
• Experience working with a third-party sportsbook provider
• Commercially minded and confident analysing margin, KPI and player data
• A sharp eye for irregular betting activity and bonus abuse
• LATAM sportsbook experience is a major advantage
