Sportsbook Manager

This role will be part of our Sportsbook Team, responsible for planning,

creating, editing, and optimizing sports-related content, managing bonus

configurations, and monitoring risks across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Configurate and manage various types of sports content across digital platforms including bonus configurations and promotions.

Optimize content based on country-specific languages and audience preferences.

Monitor and analyze risks based on customer activity and behavior patterns.

Manage the sports content calendar, collaborate with the Design and CRM teams, and support campaign analysis.

Communicate with the Customer Support team and 3 rd party providers to resolve escalations and issues daily.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of sports and major competitions.
• Experience working with CMS platforms and back-office systems.
• High attention to accuracy and quality.
• Strong English/Russian writing and editing skills.

Nice to have:

• Passion for sports.
• Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
