What they need

About us

We build sports and wellness places that people actually want to be in — padel and pickleball clubs, gyms, pools, saunas, yoga and pilates studios and the communities that form around them.

We work with listed property developers who own land and want it to become something better than another empty lot. They bring the site. We bring the concept, the numbers, the build strategy, the operating model, and the team that runs it once it opens. Projects run across Metro Manila and out into the provinces, from single-court retrofits to full multi-sport parks with a pipeline of sites behind them.

The company is small and moves quickly. There is no analyst bench to hide in, which is the entire appeal of this seat.

The role, honestly described

This is an analyst seat pointed at real assets instead of securities.

You will build the models that decide whether a project happens, write the market studies that support them, and sit in the room when they are presented to developers. Then you will watch the thing get built, and find out whether your assumptions were right. That feedback loop is rare and it will make you very good, very fast.

We are hiring for trajectory, not for your CV. If you are sharp, fast, unembarrassed about not knowing things, and already using AI to do more than people, keep reading.

What you'll actually do

  • Feasibility and financial models — build them from scratch in Excel or Sheets: capex, revenue build by court and by hour, utilisation, membership and pay-per-play mixes, staffing cost, breakeven, IRR. Then defend every assumption.

  • Market and site studies — catchment and demographics, competitor supply, pricing surveys, demand estimates. Real fieldwork included: you will visit facilities, count courts, and ask questions.

  • Concept and layout work — how many courts fit on a lot, in what arrangement, with what circulation and support spaces. Learn the geometry; it decides the revenue.

  • Client materials — decks, proposals and one-pagers that go to development directors and boards. Clean, structured, defensible.

  • Operating models and standards — pricing structures, membership tiers, staffing plans, service standards, and the systems that hold them.

  • Product and technology — support the member app and operations tooling: requirements, specs, testing, competitor teardowns.

  • Research on tap — when a question comes up in a meeting, you are the one who has the answer by the end of the day.

AI is part of the job, not a bonus

We are AI-first in practice, not in a slide. Research, market scans, competitor analysis, first-draft models, document and deck production, and internal tooling all run through AI here — and we build our own tools rather than waiting for someone to sell them to us.

So we care what you already do with it: which models you reach for and why, how you get past generic output, how you verify what a model tells you, and whether you can turn a repeated manual task into something automated. If you have built anything at all — a script, a small app, an automation, a scraper, a model that does your homework — put it in your application.

Your first year

  • Months 1–3 — learn the asset class properly: court dimensions, cost per sqm, what drives utilisation, how developers think about land. Rebuild an existing model until you can defend every cell. Sit in on client calls and write the notes.

  • Months 4–6 — own the first draft of a market study and a feasibility model on a live site. Present it internally, get taken apart, fix it, present again.

  • Months 7–12 — own a workstream on a real project end to end, and present your own work to a client with support in the room.

Who we're looking for

  • Fresh graduate to about 2 years' experience. Finance, economics, engineering, architecture, real estate, business, data — the degree matters far less than how you think.

  • Genuinely strong with spreadsheets, AI and technology or obviously capable of becoming so in weeks.

  • You can write clean business English and build a deck that does not need rescuing.

  • Already using AI tools daily and pushing them further than most of your peers.

  • Comfortable being the least experienced person in a room full of senior people, and asking the question anyway.

  • Willing to be out on site, in the heat, with a tape measure and a notebook. This is not a desk-only role.

  • Able to work in Metro Manila with travel to project sites.

An advantage, not a requirement: you play padel, pickleball, tennis or train seriously; internship experience in banking, consulting, real estate or startups; basic coding etc

What we offer

  • PHP 20,000 – 30,000 per month, depending on capability. We will pay at the top of that band for someone clearly exceptional.

  • Direct mentorship from the Managing Director. No layer between you and the decisions you will see how deals are structured, priced and negotiated.

  • Exposure that analysts at large firms wait years for: boardrooms with listed developers, real project economics, and the build that follows.

  • A licence to automate your own job. Bring the tool ideas; we will build them.

  • A defined path. Do this well and the next seats are Senior Analyst, then owning projects and clients yourself. We are opening facilities, and we would rather grow people than hire around them.

Before you apply — the honest part

We would rather you know now.

  • Twenty to thirty thousand is an entry-level number. We are open about that. What we are actually paying you in is access, mentorship and speed of growth.

  • Small team, real deadlines. Some weeks are heavy, and client dates do not move because you are tired.

  • Your work will be pulled apart in front of you. That is the training, not a punishment.

  • You will sometimes be wrong in front of a client. What matters is whether you catch it first and say so.

  • Site visits are hot, dusty and unglamorous, and they are where the good insights come from.

If that reads as a warning, this is not the seat. If it reads as an opportunity, apply.

How to apply

Send your CV here.

Shortlisted applicants will be asked to send a 30 to 60 second self-introduction video, then a series of quizzes. We will tell you where you stand at every stage.

Other offers great for you!
