Job Description:
The Spotter drives, transports, and spots trailers at appropriate loading docks and/or staging areas.

Pay Range: $21.50 - $21.50 per hour

Shift:
Second Shift: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM, occasional overtime and weekend work as needed

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate a yard tractor to safely move and position trailers between dock doors, staging areas, and designated locations.
• Inspect tractors and trailers before and after use, reporting defects and completing required inspection documentation.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely, when required.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar yard driver or trailer spotting position.
• Ability to safely operate a yard tractor and powered industrial equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Strong communication, customer service, analytical, and mathematical skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift and/or pull up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.

Bonus Eligibility:
