**Job Title:** Senior SPPM Developer / Offshore Lead – Data Integration

**Location:** Hyderabad/Bengaluru

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer / Offshore Lead with expertise in Sales Planning & Performance Management (SPPM) and Data Integration. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, driving requirement clarification discussions, contributing to solution design and architecture, and leading client discussions.

The role also involves hands-on development, unit testing, defect resolution, and day-to-day technical guidance and review of team members' work.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain SPPM and data integration solutions.

* Drive requirement clarification discussions with business stakeholders and clients.

* Lead solution design and architecture discussions and communicate technical approaches to clients.

* Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.

* Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on requirements, design, and deliverables.

* Review team members' and peers' work, provide technical feedback, and support day-to-day task resolution.

* Plan and execute unit testing to validate developed components and functionality.

* Troubleshoot and resolve defects identified during unit testing and other testing phases.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery.

* Take ownership of assigned deliverables and support offshore development activities.

* Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to development standards.

Mandatory Skills

* Strong experience in Sales Planning & Performance Management (SPPM).

* Data integration and development experience.

* Ability to drive requirement clarification discussions.

* Experience leading solution design and architecture discussions with clients.

* Strong hands-on development and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to review peers' work and provide technical guidance.

* Experience planning and executing unit testing and resolving defects.

* Good verbal and written communication skills.

Experience Requirements

* 6–10 years of overall relevant experience.

* Experience suitable for a Senior Developer or Offshore Lead role.

* Notice period of 15–20 days preferred.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be technically hands-on, confident in client discussions, capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions, and comfortable guiding team members while taking ownership of development deliverables.
