Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up and preparing spray foam equipment and materials on construction sites
• Support the application of spray foam insulation by handling hoses, mixing components, and maintaining equipment
• Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during all tasks
• Help prepare surfaces such as framing, drywall, or existing insulation areas for foam application
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of waste properly, and ensuring job site safety
• Collaborate with team members to read blueprints and schematics for proper insulation placement
• Support other construction activities such as caulking, trim carpentry, or basic framing as needed

Requirements

• Prior experience in construction sites or related fields is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in construction environments
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions clearly
• Mechanical knowledge or experience with fabrication and metal stud framing is a plus
• Basic understanding of construction techniques such as plastering, stucco application, roofing, or masonry
• Knowledge of HVAC systems or airless paint spraying is advantageous but not mandatory
• Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures and detail-oriented approach
• Physical ability to stand, lift heavy materials, and perform tasks in various weather conditions

Pay: $14.04 - $17.95 per hour
