Spray Foam Insulation Rig Operator – Percentage-Based Pay

Savoy and Sons Construction is seeking an experienced, dependable Spray Foam Insulation Rig Operator to manage and operate our spray foam insulation equipment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants the independence of running their own operation without the overhead expenses of owning equipment or purchasing materials.

We provide the truck, trailer, spray foam rig, fuel, materials, and necessary supplies. You bring the experience, work ethic, and ability to get the job done.

Compensation is percentage-based per completed job, offering earning potential based on productivity and job volume.

Responsibilities

• Independently operate and manage the spray foam insulation rig.
• Perform professional spray foam insulation applications on residential and commercial projects.
• Take ownership of assigned jobs from preparation through completion.
• Maintain and properly care for all provided equipment, tools, and materials.
• Monitor material usage and communicate supply needs.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate professionally with customers and company management.
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet company quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating spray foam insulation equipment is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of spray foam application techniques, equipment maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a truck and trailer.
• Ability to manage jobs efficiently and take responsibility for equipment and workmanship.
