About The Role We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Spray Painter to join our team for a full-time casual role with a clear pathway to permanent employment.

This role offers a structured 38-hour work week with early finish Fridays, making it ideal for someone looking for stable hours and a great work-life balance in a workshop environment.

Working Hours & Roster

• Total Hours: 38 hours per week (Full-time hours)
• Monday to Thursday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Early weekend start!)

Key Requirements & Experience

• Hands-on experience with industrial spray painting processes.
• Background working within workshop or industrial fabrication environments.
• Trade qualification is NOT required — practical skills, good work ethic, and attention to detail are what matter most.
• Ability to work efficiently to meet production deadlines.
• Strong focus on safety and workshop standards.
