Are you an experienced Spray Painter looking for a stable, long-term position with a well-established Australian engineering company?

We are currently seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join a busy workshop environment where quality, reliability and attention to detail are highly valued.

About the Role

You will be responsible for preparing, painting and finishing a range of engineered steel components, heavy equipment and fabricated products.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding and masking
• Mixing and applying industrial coatings and paints
• Spray painting steel and fabricated components
• Ensuring a high-quality, consistent finish
• Inspecting completed work for quality and defects
• Maintaining spray painting equipment and workshop areas
• Following workplace health and safety procedures
• Working closely with the wider workshop and production team

About You

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of producing a quality finish every time.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Spray Painter, preferably within an engineering, manufacturing, heavy equipment or industrial environment
• Experience with industrial coatings and spray-painting equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• A reliable and hardworking attitude
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A strong commitment to safety and quality

Trade qualifications are highly regarded but not essential for the right person.
