A great opportunity has opened up in our organisation for an experienced Spray Painter who can lead our Paint Shop team.

Based in Albany, Dimension Shopfitters is a Kiwi owned and operated business who are industry leaders in shopfitting with large national and international clients. Specialising in bespoke joinery products, we are not your run-of-the-mill cabinetmaking company.

We are looking for an experienced Spray Paint Team Leader with the following qualities:

• A solid background in spray painting - automotive or joinery furniture spray painting experience preferred
• Experience with spraying a wide range of materials - wood, MDF, ply finishes
• Experience leading a small team
• Able to work and stay calm under pressure
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Good timekeeping skills
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Commitment to workplace health & safety
