As part of our 2026/2027 Spray Seal expansion, we are seeking both experienced and entry level team members to join our close knit and fast growing Spray Seal team.

Available Roles:

• Spray Truck Operators
• Spreader Operators
• Precoater Operators
• Roller Operators
• Labourers

Based out of Byford, our team delivers projects across the metropolitan area and throughout regional WA. Frequent travel is a key part of this role, offering the opportunity to work on diverse projects across the state.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential - training will be provided for the right applicants
• Current General Construction Induction card
• Relevant machinery tickets desirable but not essential
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
• HR/HC/MC Licence (depending on role)
• Strong commitment to site safety and procedures
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
• Willingness to work weekends and travel away from home as required
