Spray Tan Technician

Tulsa's highest-rated organic facial & spray tan studio is hiring.

Slate has been Tulsa's go-to for organic airbrush tanning for over 10 years, and our reviews say it best: people don't just come in for a tan, they leave feeling genuinely good. That's not an accident — it's who our team is. We're looking for a spray tan technician who brings real warmth and positive energy, and wants to be part of a team that feels like family, not coworkers.

No spray tan experience required — we'll train you on everything. Just bring a great attitude and a willingness to learn.

What you'll do

• Apply spray tans using our products and protocols, making every client feel confident and cared for
• Bring genuine warmth to every client interaction — that energy is the whole reason people keep coming back
• Show up for your team — positivity, reliability, and pulling your weight matter here
• Work flexible shifts, including some evenings and weekends

What Slate offers

• $22–$35/hour average with tips
• Free facials and spray tans for you
• Hands-on, paid training on every product and protocol — you're never thrown in cold
• A team that genuinely supports each other and shows up for one another
• Room to grow as we expand

What we need from you

• A warm, positive attitude — this is the #1 thing our clients notice and the #1 thing we hire for
• Reliable and team-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable with a flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends
• A professional, put-together presence during shifts
• No license required — just a willingness to learn the craft

Why people stay

Our team is the reason clients feel the way they do the moment they walk in. If you're the kind of person who lights up a room and wants to work alongside others who do the same, we want to meet you.
