Your Role as a Lawn Care Technician

As a vital part of our team, you will:

• Be the face of SecureLawn, providing exceptional lawn care service.
• Perform fertilization and lawn treatments with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Embrace the great outdoors, working in various weather conditions and lifting/carrying 50-80 pounds regularly.
• Ensure everything is prepped for the following day’s adventures.

• Budget vs. Actual Performance: Efficient management of materials and time is crucial.
• Service Calls: You’ll ensure quality control, making it rare to revisit a job.

• Utilization of Software & Processes: This supports all the above metrics.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in turf care (fertilization/weed control) preferred, but not necessary.
• A clean driving history.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
