What they need
- At least 3 years of experience in Java application, backend, or full-stack development
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Java
- Experience developing REST APIs, backend services, and microservices
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, tools, or AI-enabled application development
- Knowledge of technologies such as LLMs, RAG, semantic search, embeddings, vector stores, or AI model integration is an advantage
- Familiarity with Java frameworks such as Spring Framework, Java EE, Quarkus, or Micronaut
- Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, monitoring, and observability
- Understanding of secure coding, IAM, encryption, and enterprise security practices
- Ability to contribute to solution design, architecture discussions, and technical decisions
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Cloud or AI certifications are an advantage
