该职位来源于猎聘 Job Responsibilities:
- Support Field Service Team about tool trouble shooting through KLA esc process, CIP implementation, technical info consulting
- Coordinate with Field teams/Division engineering for issue/escalation/solution communication
- Conduct Technical Material/Training to Field Service Team and customer To assist the field team for the *** new product penetration in the region and set up the SOP & troubleshooting guide for the key H/W activities and issues.
- Travelling around Asia area for above objectives Candidate qualification:
- Over 5 years working experience of technical support at SEMI conductor industry
- Competency in communication, team work, problem solving skill and customer focus
- Knowledge/experience troubleshooting/maintenance of PVD/CVD/Etch process over 2 years is a must
- Fluent English reading/writing/speaking is a must
