Sputter Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for optimization and maintenance of magnetron sputtering process, ensure the uniformity, adhesion and electrical performance of deposited thin films meet product specifications.

• Lead sputtering process design and mass production launch of metal layers such as Ti, Cu, Al and Ni for SiP products.

• Analyze and resolve yield issues in sputtering process, including uneven film thickness, peeling, particle contamination and abnormal resistance.

• Cooperate with equipment engineers to conduct routine maintenance, parameter tuning and new machine acceptance.

• Formulate and update sputtering related SOP, process specifications and FMEA documents to ensure process stability and traceability.

• Support NPI projects, conduct sputtering process feasibility evaluation and risk analysis.

• Collaborate with packaging design, material and reliability teams to carry out DOE experiments for continuous process improvement and product reliability enhancement.

Qualification

1.Education: Bachelor degree or above, Possess bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English. "We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients."

2.Major: Electronic Information, Microelectronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering and other related majors

3.Work Experience: More than 2 years working experience in sputtering process for semiconductor packaging or wafer manufacturing. Familiar with magnetron sputtering, coating parameter adjustment, chamber maintenance and thin film defect improvement is preferred.

4.Rigorous and meticulous in work, strong execution ability, focus on process detail control.

5.Clear logical thinking, good at analyzing production defects and quickly locating process problems.

6.Good communication and coordination skills, able to cooperate with production, quality and equipment teams for improvement.

7.Excellent communication and coordination skills, good at multi-department management and team cohesion building

8.Proactive and eager to learn, dedicated to researching new technologies and improving production yield.

9.Skilled in data sorting, good at summarizing experience and compiling standardized process documents.
