SPV Accounting

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all accounting processes within the company.
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded and reported accurately and in a timely manner.
• Identify taxation compliance of the company’s financial transactions.
• Prepare financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to provide valuable insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and policies.
• Support the taxation team in preparing corporate tax returns (monthly and annual tax returns).
• Handle audit processes and coordinate with external/internal auditors when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably from Tax College background.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accouting, Tax, Audit, and Corporate Finance.
• Preferably experienced in Public Accounting Firm (KAP).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and related regulations.
• Familiarity with tax obligations (withholding tax, income tax, VAT) and related regulations is a must.
• Experience handling audit and company financial reporting (BvA/Budget vs Actual is a plus).
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Good leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under pressure.
