About the role

SPV Creative role focused on leading and developing creative teams, overseeing creative development for branding, campaigns, social media, marketplace, and promotional content across fashion, retail, and lifestyle sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop creative team members
• Create creative briefs and develop visual concepts
• Ensure quality of team deliverables
• Coordinate with Marketing, E-Commerce, Social Media, Product, and related teams
• Manage timelines, prioritise work, and ensure projects meet deadlines
• Provide direction and constructive feedback to team
• Oversee creative development for branding, campaign, social media, marketplace, and promotional content

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in Creative, Design, Content, or Creative Agency
• Experience as Supervisor/Lead is an advantage
• Ability to lead and develop creative teams
• Proficiency in creative brief development and visual concept development
• Mastery of design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
• Understanding of visual trends, social media, digital content, and fashion/retail industry developments
• Strong storytelling ability and visual sense
• Ability to manage timelines, prioritise work, and meet deadlines
• Creative, innovative, detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work under pressure
• Problem-solving capability and ability to provide constructive direction and feedback
• Experience in fashion, baby wear, retail, lifestyle, or mother & child industry is an advantage
• Must be willing to work full time and on-site in Bandung
