SPV E-Commerce

1. Manage daily e-commerce operations on Tokopedia, Shopee and TikTok Shop
2. Handle product listing, pricing, promotions, and inventory management
3. Analyze platform performance and use data-driven insights to improve processes and increase sales
4. Handle and resolve operational issues, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines
5. Manage and optimize promotional campaigns, including Flash Sales, Double Date Campaigns, and other marketplace promotions.
6. Operate and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as TikTok Ads and Shopee Ads to drive traffic and improve conversion rates.
7. Analyze store performance metrics, including Conversion Rate (CR), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Return on Investment (ROI), and other key performance indicators, and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
8. Collaborate with internal teams, including Design, Customer Service, Warehouse, Livestream, and KOL teams, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field from reputable University (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
2. Have knowledge to managing marketing campaigns and e-commerce strategies on Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop
3. Knowledge of industry trends and competitors in the e-commerce market
4. Ability to analyze sales data and customer behavior to inform business decisions
5. Have familiarity with Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop
6. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
7. Advanced in Microsoft Office (excel and power point) skills
