About the role
Responsible for day-to-day GA operations at HO & Cluster/branch, asset management, procurement, and vendor management. Acts as PIC in GA operations at HO and cluster/branch.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain good relations and communication with vendors and other external parties
- Manage facilities and physical assets of the company including controlling and checking facility feasibility
- Conduct routine reports and other administrative duties as needed
- Process routine operational bill payments (utilities, etc.)
- Manage budget and company logistical needs
- Review each purchase request and official travel submissions from cluster/branch and HO
- Handle licensing and permits with relevant parties as needed
