- Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang pekerjaan yang sama
- Memahami Rekrutmen, Training & Development, Comben, Hubungan Industrial, Employee Relation, dan Performance Management.
- Mampu bekerja dengan data, analisa dan problem solving dengan data
- Familiar dengan aplikasi HRIS, seperti Talenta
- Kemampuan leadership dan komunikasi yang baik.
- Kemampuan analisis dan problem-solving
Tanggung Jawab :
- Managemen aset: ATK, furnitur, peralatan elektronik), sewa gedung, perbaikan dan pemeliharaan toko
- Rekrutmen Pramuniaga Lokal
- Legalitas untuk penanganan ijin & pajak
- Data & Kehadiran: Mengelola administrasi kios seperti Absensi, cuti, dan dokumentasi kontrak kerja
- Penyelesaian Hukum & Hubungan Industrial seperti Fraud, penagihan, negosiasi, dll
