What they need
- Mengawasi & mengontrol pekerjaan tim sesuai KPI bulanan.
- Memastikan seluruh SOP operasional retail berjalan dengan baik, meliputi training, evaluasi promotor, KPI, pembukaan/penutupan toko, desain retail, hingga pembayaran vendor.
- Memberikan arahan, evaluasi, dan instruksi kerja kepada tim.
- Berkoordinasi dengan departemen internal dan pihak eksternal (vendor/supplier).
- Monitoring performa tim serta efektivitas operasional retail.
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal S1 (Manajemen, Bisnis, Marketing, Teknik Industri, Arsitektur, atau jurusan terkait).
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang retail/operasional/Industri Smartphone/Sepeda Listrik (diutamakan)
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership, public speaking, analytical thinking, dan problem solving.
- Mampu mengelola tim, waktu, dan biaya operasional.
- Menguasai Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Tegas, disiplin, objektif, dan komunikatif.
- Bersedia dinas luar kota.
