About the role
Supervisor Sales – Distributor Aice
Key responsibilities
- Lead sales team
- Monitor sales visits
- Conduct sales evaluation and reporting
- Provide coaching and briefing to team
- Manage General Trade (GT), outlets, Taking Order, NOO and merchandising
About you
- Minimum SMA/SMK education, D3/S1 preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience as Sales Supervisor/Leader
- FMCG/distributor experience preferred
- Experience leading sales teams
- Familiar with sales targets
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Valid Class C driving license and personal vehicle
- Willing to work in the field
- Able to work with targets and pressure
