- Paham distribusi GT & MT
- Mengerti handling produk makanan (expired, rotasi stok)
- Memiliki leadership, komunikasi & negosiasi yang baik
- Target oriented & terbiasa kerja lapangan
- Mampu analisa penjualan (sell in & sell out)
Job Description :
- Memimpin dan mengontrol tim sales mencapai target
- Menyusun strategi penjualan & mapping area
- Memastikan distribusi dan ketersediaan produk
- Mengontrol stok & masa expired (FIFO/FEFO)
- Monitoring aktivitas sales & kunjungan outlet
- Analisa penjualan dan membuat laporan
- Menjalin hubungan dengan distributor & outlet
- Negosiasi program promo & display
- Mencari peluang pasar dan buka outlet baru
- Evaluasi kinerja tim dan handle masalah lapangan
