ポジション概要

Accounting Managerとして、SPV（Special Purpose Vehicle）またはSPC（Special Purpose Company）の会計業務を担当いただきます。単なる会計・レポーティング業務に留まらず、事業責任者や経営陣と連携しながら、商業的な意思決定やリスク管理をサポートするビジネスパートナーとして活躍いただくポジションです。

主な業務内容

• SPV/SPCに関する会計・決算・財務報告業務の管理
• 月次・四半期・年次決算業務の実施およびレビュー
• 経営陣や事業部門への財務分析およびインサイト提供
• 事業戦略や商業的意思決定に対するファイナンス面からの支援
• 財務リスクの評価およびリスク管理の推進
• 業務改善やプロセス最適化を通じた組織成長への貢献

• 会計・財務領域における実務経験
• SPVまたはSPCに関する会計経験
• ビジネスステークホルダーとのパートナリング経験
• 高いオーナーシップと主体性を持って業務を推進できる方

Role Overview

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing SPV/SPC accounting activities while serving as a trusted business partner to management and commercial stakeholders. This role goes beyond traditional accounting, offering direct involvement in business decisions, risk management, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities for SPV/SPC entities
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Deliver financial analysis and insights to senior management and business leaders
• Partner with stakeholders to support commercial and strategic decision-making
• Evaluate financial risks and provide recommendations to mitigate exposure
• Drive process improvements and contribute to the growth of the finance function

Key Requirements

Required Experience

• Relevant accounting and finance experience
• Experience managing SPV or SPC accounting structures
• Proven track record of partnering with business stakeholders and decision-makers

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence business decisions
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative

Language Requirements

• Japanese: Business proficiency required
• English: Business proficiency required
