  • Collaborate closely with Industrial, Engineering, Procurement, and Quality functions to ensure robust action plans are defined and deployed to suppliers, focusing on the most critical risks. Ensure that supplier practices are aligned with at least the same level of standards applied within Alstom.
  • Define and monitor performance metrics, track progress against objectives, provide clear visibility, and drive achievement of targets.
  • Promote and communicate the plan extensively across the Supplier Quality and Procurement community to ensure alignment, engagement, and adoption.
  • Ensure that critical supplier issues related to Special Processes are thoroughly analyzed, with continuous adaptation of the plan based on lessons learned (REX – Return on Experience).
