What they need
Workforce Commerce is looking for a detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test cases and test plans.
- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues.
- Conduct regression, functional, and usability testing.
- Ensure software products meet quality standards before release.
- Maintain testing documentation and reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Experience with manual testing techniques and bug tracking tools.
- Knowledge of API testing and database testing is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
