SQA Engineers (Auto & Manual, 2-3 years Exp with E-Commerce)

Overview:

We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to join our growing engineering team. If you're someone who enjoys finding issues before users do, takes ownership of product quality, and has experience testing web, mobile, and e-commerce applications, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Prepare and manage test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on business requirements.
• Perform end-to-end testing for Android, iOS, and web applications.
• Test e-commerce platforms, including user registration, product catalog, shopping cart, checkout, payment gateways, and order management.
• Conduct functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, compatibility, API, performance, and security testing.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects using tools like Jira or Bugzilla.
• Work closely with developers and product managers to resolve issues and improve product quality.
• Build and maintain automation test suites using industry-standard automation frameworks.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
• Review software requirements to ensure complete test coverage before development begins.
• Analyze test results, prepare quality reports, and provide release recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest QA methodologies, automation tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Strong experience in both Manual and Automation Testing.
• Proven experience testing Android and iOS applications.
• 2–3 years of experience working on e-commerce products.
• Solid understanding of web and mobile application testing.
• Hands-on experience writing and managing test cases using test case management tools.
• Experience with bug tracking and reporting tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or similar platforms.
• Experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Familiarity with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright, or equivalent.
• Good understanding of security testing and security test case execution.
• Experience working with Git and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile environment.
