• Management of DEUTZ cross functional quality projects for engine base components especially crankcase and cylinder head. DEUTZ发动机基础部件尤其是缸体缸盖跨职能质量项目的管理。
• Assure compliance with DEUTZ quality procurement process. 确保遵守DEUTZ质量采购流程。
• Supplier qualification / development. 供应商资格鉴定/开发。
• Perform Supplier Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP). 执行供应商高级产品质量规划（APQP）。
• Leading and accompanying these APQP-Projects at the supplier. 在供应商处领导和陪同这些APQP项目。
• Execution of Audits and Process Approvals, especially suppplier audit based on VDA6.3. 执行审计和流程批准, 特别是基于VDA6.3的供应商审核。
• Negotiation and completion of quality agreements. 谈判并完成质量协议。
• Action definition, tracking and implementation. 行动定义、跟踪和实施。
• Regular on-site visits at the supplier. 定期对供应商进行现场考察。
• Regular reporting to Head of QM in Purchasing DEUTZ-Cologne. 定期向德国道依茨科隆采购部质量管理主管报告。
• Audit reports and results审计报告和结果

• Set up and monitoring of early warning indicators建立和监测预警指标 Qualification Required for the Position任职资格
• At least completed degree in mechanical engineering or combustion engine. 机械工程或内燃机专业学士学位及以上。
• Minimum 5 years working experience in engine production or engine suppliers quality management. 在发动机制造或者发动机质量管理领域至少5年以上工作经验。
• Expertise in manufacturing and production processes, in particular mechanical machining and casting. 精通制造和生产过程的专业知识，特别是机械加工和铸造。
• Practical experience of Quality Management methods and tools, Proficient in quality tools including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA and 8D. Certified or trained VDA 6.3 process is preferred. 有质量管理方法和工具的实践经验，熟练使用APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA、8D等质量工具。具有VDA 6.3审核员资格优先。
• Excellent leadership skills of supplier management, Experience in Power Train and/or Automotive Industry, Engineering background of Diesel engine industry is preferred. 有优秀的供应商领导技能、动力传动系和/或汽车行业的经验、柴油发动机行业的工程背景者优先。 Knowledge/Skills/Abilities 知识/技能/能力
• Highly developed cross-functional communication and presentation skills. 高度发展的跨职能沟通及展示技能。
• Knowledge in manufacturing and production processes of technical components and their materials.

• Strong capability in on-site problem-solving, supplier management and driving corrective actions, with a results-oriented minds. 具备较强的现场问题解决能力、供应商推动能力和结果导向意识

• Self-motivated with ability to work in an international and intercultural team. 自我激励，能够在国际和跨文化团队中工作。
• Chinese and English (mandatory); German preferred. 中文和英文（必填）；德语优先。
• Good MS-Office and SAP R/3 knowledge. 良好的MS Office和SAP R/3知识。
