供应商质量工程师（SQE）

该职位来源于猎聘 To ensure that the products and services provided by suppliers meet the quality requirements of the company, and improve the performance of suppliers through quality management. Main responsibilities

• Leads the Total Quality Management for all supplier audit, include new and existing supplier audit, follow up the findings during the audit, prepare/update Quality Agreement between Munters and Suppliers.
• Draft and finalize the Quality requirement of parts based on CP,FMEA, and the technical requirement, example, Drawing, Spec, Data sheet, and technical standard etc. and clarify quality requirement (quality requirements, measuring methods, etc) between Munters and suppliers
• Responsible for the verification of purchased part as well as to clarify the acceptability of deviations found during the approval process with R&D and other involved functions
• Coordinates supplier-related deviations, concessions and ensures the robustness of the corrective actions of suppliers; if necessary, by follow up and validation of actions on site at the suppliers
• Develop and implement supplier performance cards and monitor supplier performance trends.
• Drives supplier quality improvement programs and applies the company rules; if necessary, organizes top worst supplier meetings together with Purchasing, Plan and perform supplier audits with focus on supplier quality continuous improvement
• Manages supplier quality complaints (8D), Communicates Lessons Learned and support in standardization and continuous improvement in supplier side.
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management. Key requirements
• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Electromechanical, Engineering degree or equivalent education
• At least 7 years of experience in SQE in HVAC or Automotive industries.
• Knowledge in Total Quality Management and good understanding ISO 9001 requirements
• Expertise in Advanced Quality Planning (APQP) and knowledge of standard quality tools (e.g. FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, Initial Sampling Process, Run Rate, inspection methods)
• Ability to interpret drawings and requirements for ensuring the adherence to agreed quality parameters
• Experience of product and process audit
• Ability to apply and train suppliers in problem solving and process capability tools
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Good communication and teamwork. Good command of Excel. Experience in relevant production processes and technologies. Able to train suppliers on additional quality and lean techniques – such as design of experiments, continuous improvement programs and lean manufacturing tools. Expertise in Customer Specific Requirements.
