What are your main tasks you can expect?

• 负责产品技术定义和工艺可行性，确保符合客户规格，方案计划，质量和成本目标；
• 确保技术衔接计划符合产品质量和成本目标；
• 确保项目进展符合技术里程碑;
• 管理BOP定义并确保供应商的技术集成;
• 负责产品应用支持，包括技术支持、产品推广、技术培训以及相关手册资料文档的编写等。

What qualifications do you bring with you?

• 机械工程及相关专业，本科及以上学历；
• 4年以上产品研发经验，不少于3年座椅开发经验；
• 熟悉汽车行业产品开发流程，熟悉DTS，GD&T和统计流程控制；
• 熟悉生产制造和装配流程，熟悉IATF/TS16949, 和APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC；
• 熟悉office办公软件，熟悉catia或UG CAD；
• 客户导向（与客户沟通的经验和能力）；
• 英语流利，具备德语知识者优先；
• 良好的沟通能力，团队合作能力。
